Dr. Richard House has been practicing medicine for over forty years, first as a traditional medical doctor, and, for the past twenty years, as an acupuncturist utilizing the chakras for energetic healing. His travels have taken him around the world three times and to most of the United States for meditative and higher  dimensional work. He lives in North Carolina on an organic farm with his family and enjoys beekeeping and animal husbandry. He holds a second degree black belt in taekwondo and is proficient with the longbow.

Dr. Charlotte Kasl has conducted a wide variety of workshops on relationships, addiction, sexuality, spirituality, community, healing from incest and abuse, casting out internalized oppression, preventing burn out, quantum healing, empowerment, and finding joy, both in the United States and abroad. Her groundbreaking book Many Roads, One Journey: Moving Beyond the 12 Steps, published in 1992, introduced a 16-step empowerment approach for overcoming addiction that focuses on finding one’s voice, building confidence, taking action on one’s behalf, and understanding addiction in a cultural context.

It has been used throughout the United States and Canada, as well as Europe, to assist in overcoming trauma, addiction, and depression. Other books include "If The Buddha..." series, "Finding Joy" and "Women, Sex and Addiction".

Ted Peters is an author, professor, and pastor. He is Research Professor Emeritus in Systematic Theology and Ethics at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary (PLTS), the Center for Theology and the Natural Sciences (CTNS), and the Graduate Theological Union (GTU) in Berkeley, California. He offers a theological analysis of culture, analyzing especially the role of science in culture. He co-edits the journal, Theology and Science. Ted Peters is the author of "UFOs: God's Chariots? Flying Saucers in Politics, Science and Religion".

Robert Chodo Campbell is a happily recovering addict. He co-founded the New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care, which delivers contemplative approaches to care through education, direct service, and meditation practice. He also co-developed the Foundations in Buddhist Contemplative Care Training Program and is part of the core faculty for the Buddhist Track in the Master in Pastoral Care and Counseling at NYZCCC’s education partner, New York Theological Seminary. He is co-director of Contemplative Care Services for the Department of Integrative Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center. A dynamic and visionary teacher, Chodo has introduced thousands to the practice of mindfulness. His work has been featured in PBS Religion, Ethics Newsweekly, the New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Parabola, and Tricycle. He is currently working on a memoir chronicling his journey to Zen priesthood.
